pfingo是一款来自新加坡的网络电话，通话音质比较好。有人说注册就送2新加坡元，可拨打100分钟免费通话时间，还可发约30条免费短信，这个我没有注册过，不清楚，网站上也没有说明。pfingo注册时需要用手机验证，用来接收PIN号（不用担心扣费，是免费的）。

进入pfingo网站首页，点“Free sign up”按钮，按提示进行注册，打星号*的项是必填项，除了手机号和选择国家要真实的外，其它的可以随便填，注册分为三步：
1、填写基本的信息，这一步完成后，你的手机会接收到一条信息，内容是提供给你PIN号（第二步要求填写的）；
2、把你收到的信息中的PIN号（6位数字）填入，同样有星号*的地方是必填项，也可以乱填(填完证件号码(随便写)后的一项最好选最后一项,否则很难通过)；
3、激活你的帐号，用你刚申请时的用户名和密码登录就可以激活了，至此完成了注册工作。
最后，注册完毕后登陆网站下载软件，手机下载软件也可使用。拨号方式：0086+区号(去0)+电话号码或0086+手机号。
